Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped within 2 weeks from order date. If you need your order before 2 weeks, please reach out to email@example.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate and expedite shipment.
IMPORTANT: If you choose Expedited Shipping or Next Day, your item may still take 2 weeks to be created and be ready to ship, however the shipping method will be expedited accordingly once ready.
We ship to any international destination.
Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are your responsibility. They are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Star Animal Sundays, but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. As it varies from country to country, you might want to check your customs office's policy before returning your items.

All unused, undamaged items can be returned for full refund within 15 days of receipt. We offer FREE returns within the United States.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com to receive return approval and authorization number. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
In order for a return to be approved, the items must meet the below criteria:
- All items must be in original and unused condition. Items showing any sign of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
- All items must be returned in original packaging with all materials and packaging undamaged and completely in tact.
- Return must be imitated within 15 days of receipt of the item
By placing an order, you agree to the above return policy.
All HFG items are inspected carefully before shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged item, please immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your item.
Damages & Repairs:
We offer complimentary repairs within 90 days of receipt for any items that have not been misused.
If you require a repair, please email photos of the issue or damage to email@example.com to initiate the process.
Repairs may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
We do not offer free repairs on misused items.
