What inspired you to start your photography business?
I wanted to capture the beauty of life’s fleeting moments and preserve them for families to cherish forever. Photography became my way of helping others freeze time and create timeless memories.
What was your background before starting your business?
Before becoming a photographer, I worked in a medical setting. However, my love for storytelling and creativity led me to take the leap into photography over 11 years ago—and I haven’t looked back!
What’s something about the photography industry that might surprise people?
The amount of planning that goes into each session! From selecting wardrobe pieces to finding the perfect lighting, every detail is intentional to ensure the final images feel both authentic and stunning.
How do you personalize each session for your clients?
I take the time to get to know my clients—their style, personality, and vision. Whether it’s selecting wardrobe pieces from my curated closet or choosing meaningful locations, every session is tailored to them.
Can you walk us through your client consultation process?
The process begins with a conversation to understand my client’s goals and expectations. Then, I schedule a wardrobe and vision meeting. For seniors, families, and newborns, I also provide a detailed guide to help them prepare for their session.
What do you think sets your approach apart from others in the industry?
I combine an editorial, magazine-worthy style with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. This ensures clients feel comfortable and allows me to create breathtaking, authentic images.
Can you share a memorable success story from working with a client?
A senior client once told me they had never felt confident in front of a camera until our session. Seeing their confidence and joy reflected in the images was truly unforgettable.
