Free Returns within 7 Days:
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, and contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Handcrafted Excellence:
Our products are individually handcrafted, and as such, may exhibit natural blemishes in gemstones and slight variations. These are not flaws but rather inherent characteristics that make each piece unique. Embrace these distinctions that add a special touch to your jewelry.

Care Instructions:
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend wiping down all gold pieces with soapy warm water and a jewelry cleaning cloth. Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion while wearing your jewelry, as chemicals may interact with the metal. Additionally, remove your jewelry during exercise or swimming to prevent tarnishing.

Repair Services:
If it's been more than 90 days since your purchase, we offer a restringing service for a nominal fee of $5. You can arrange your repair by emailing info@horsefeathersgifts.com

- The $5 fee covers the repair, and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to us.
- If replacement stones or metal components are needed and are unavailable, we'll inform you promptly and strive to find a suitable substitute.
- All repairs must be authorized and include our repair form. Unauthorized claims will be forfeited upon receipt.

Turnaround Time:
The current turnaround time for repairs is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your jewelry is carefully restored to its original beauty.
