Free Returns Within 7 Days

If your new piece isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it for free within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s in its original condition, and reach out to our customer service team to get the process started.

The Beauty of Handcrafted Jewelry

Each piece is handcrafted with care, meaning no two are exactly alike. Natural gemstones may have slight variations or unique markings—these aren’t flaws, but part of what makes your jewelry one of a kind!

Jewelry Care Tips

To keep your jewelry looking its best:
✨ Wipe gold pieces with warm soapy water and a jewelry cleaning cloth.
✨ Avoid perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals while wearing your jewelry.
✨ Take off your jewelry before swimming, showering, or working out to prevent tarnishing.

Repairs & Restringing

Life happens, and we get it! If your bracelet needs restringing after 90 days, we’re happy to help for a small $5 repair fee. 

🔹 The $5 covers the repair, but you’ll need to cover shipping to send it our way.
🔹 If replacement stones or metal components are needed and we don’t have the exact match, we’ll reach out with options.
🔹 All repairs must be authorized and include our repair form—unauthorized claims will be forfeited.

Repair Turnaround Time

Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece. We appreciate your patience while we bring your jewelry back to life!
