Returns Made Simple
Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition and shipped back in its original packaging.
📦 Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it over, your refund will be issued within 7 days.

To keep your piece looking as lovely as the day it arrived:
✨ Clean gently with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth
✨ Avoid perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals
✨ Take off before swimming, showering, or sweating it out


Need a Repair?
Life happens! If your bracelet needs restringing after 90 days, we’ve got your back for just $5.

  • The $5 covers restringing—shipping is on you.

  • If any materials need to be replaced, we’ll contact you with options.

  • All repairs must be pre-approved and sent with a completed repair form. (No form = no repair.)

Repair Turnaround Time: 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.

If it’s been more than 90 days, you can purchase a repair service on our site and send it in when you're ready.
