RINGS: Your order will include very simple instructions to help you find your perfect fit. If you would rather us size the ring, simply pick your size from the drop-down. No matter what option you choose, the band on the ring is the same.

STEP 1:MEASURE YOUR WRIST

Note: Follow these instructions EXACTLY to get the correct measurement. How to measure your wrist? Wrap your wrist SNUGLY with a sewing measuring tape or thin strip of paper/ribbon, mark the length, and then measure the marked length against a measuring tape or ruler. Measure snugly with absolutely NO wiggle room. This is your wrist measurement. 

STEP 2: FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT  Add an appropriate length to the bracelet for a best fit. Please note lengths below:- For a "Tight" fit:  Add 1/2" to your wrist size- For a "Just Right" fit:  Add 1"- For a "Relaxed" fit:  Add 1 1/4"For instance: If your wrist measures between 6.25"-6.75" then you would wear our standard size bracelet. Our bracelets are designed to move freely around the wrist and should NOT be tight on the arm. Wearing your bracelets too tight can compromise the integrity of the elastic cord and lead to breaking. 

Petite: measures 6.75" total length

Standard: measures 7.25" total length

Large: measures 8" total length

Standard is our MOST COMMON size .

Our jewels are handmade from natural materials. Each piece will vary slightly in size, color, and shape and have different markings. We believe this adds to the beauty and makes each unique in its own way.

Our metals are plated in the USA with 24k gold and .999 fine silver.

Our products are individually handcrafted. There may be natural blemishes and variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make your pieces special. 

Although our metals do not easily tarnish, it is only natural for everyday build up from lotions, skin oils and water residue to form a thin layer of debris. We recommend simply wiping down your all gold pieces with soapy warm water and a jewelry cleaning cloth.

Our natural olive wood beads are raw and untreated, therefore, are not indestructible. We do not recommend getting any of your wood beaded pieces wet.

Do not spray on perfume or apply lotion while wearing your gold plated jewelry. Wear your jewelry after you have sprayed on your favorite perfume or applied lotion so that chemicals do not interact with your jewelry’s metal. In addition, we advise that you remove your gold plated jewelry when you exercise or while swimming as this may also cause tarnish to your jewelry. 

We create each piece with the utmost love and care. Though, if your jewelry happens to break within 90 days of purchase, we’ll restring it at no charge to you. Shoot us an email today to get the process started!

If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we are happy to restring it for a fee of $5. You can arrange your repair by following the instructions here.

The $5 fee covers repair. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item in to us.If your repair requires the replacement of stones or metal components that are no longer available, we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as possible and do our very best to find a similar substitute.

All repairs must be authorized before being sent to us and MUST include our repair form. Any unauthorized claims will be forfeited upon receipt.
